Auli Trek

Nanda Devi( 7818 mt's), the beloved mountain Goddess of Garhwal Himalayas, whose territories mark one of the highest national parks in the world , abounds some of the most fascinating mountain peaks and some of the rare Himalayan fauna e.g. snow leopard, musk deer, monal pheasant, with great variety of birds and butterflies and rare Himalayan flora.

All this can be encountered at Auli , one of the best ski slopes (in winters) in Asia. The day trek goes through excellent meadows and thick forests of oak, and fir (cedar), with extraordinary views of Mt. Nanda Devi- in different moods.

DAY 01. RISHIKESH\ JOSHIMATH. DRIVE; 9-10 HRS. OVERNIGHT : HOTEL.
Early morning after breakfast drive to Joshimath. The entire drive is along the Alaknanda river till we reach Joshimath. En route stop at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Rudraprayag, and Nanda prayag, the most famous confluences of Garhwal Himalayas. Arrive Joshimath and transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight hotel.

DAY 02. JOSHIMATH/ AULI\ TALI/AULI TREK: 5-6 HRS. OVERNIGHT : CAMP.
Early morning enjoy the sunrise on the Nanda Devi peak. After breakfast trek to Tali. The entire trek today is gradual ascent. Arrive Tali. Explore Meals and overnight camp.

DAY 03. AULI / JOSHIMATH. TREK AND 2 HRS .OVERNIGHT: HOTEL
Morning after breakfast trek to Joshimath. Arrive Joshimath and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 04. JOSHIMATH\RISHIKESH. DRIVE 8-9 HRS. OVERNIGHT : HOTEL.
Return drive to Rishikesh. Arrive Rishikesh. Tour terminates upon arrival at Rishikesh.

BEST TIME : APRIL TO JUNE & OCT TO MID OF DECEMBER. GRADE: MODERATE.
Return Trek . Meals and overnight camp.

7. CAMPING EQUIPMENT ON TREK E.G. TENTS, MATRESSES , SLEEPING BAG AND OTHERS. ( We have brand new spacious tents and other trekking equipment however we recommend clients to bring personal sleeping bags)
