Nanda Devi( 7818 mts), the beloved mountain Goddess of
Garhwal Himalayas, whose territories mark one of the highest
national parks in the world , abounds some of the most
fascinating mountain peaks and some of the rare Himalayan fauna
e.g snow leopard, musk deer, monal pheasant, with great variety
of birds and butterflies and rare Himalayan flora.
All this can be encountered at Auli , one of the best ski
slopes (in winters) in Asia. The day trek goes through
excellent meadows and thick forests of oak, and fir (cedar),
with extraordinary views of Mt. Nanda Devi- in different moods.

DAY 01. RISHIKESH\ JOSHIMATH. DRIVE; 9-10 HRS. OVERNIGHT :
HOTEL.
Early morning after breakfast drive to Joshimath. The entire
drive is along the Alaknanda river till we reach Joshimath.
Enroute stop at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karanprayag, and Nanda
prayag, the most famous confluences of Gahrwal Himalayas. We
stop at Devprayag, 11th centuary town on the
confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirtathi river. We visit the
confluence making the holy Ganges and the temple of lord Rama.
Lunch enroute . Arrive Joshimath and transfer to hotel. Dinner
and overnight hotel.
DAY 02. JOSHIMATH/ AULI\ TALI TREK: DRIVE ; 1 HR TREK 3-4 HRS.
OVERNIGHT : CAMP.
Early morning after breakfast take the rope way /drive to Auli .
Arrive and commence trek to Tali. Enjoy the morning view of
snow covered greater Himalayan range with the Nanda Devi peak.
The entire trek today is gradual ascent through the meadow and
the forest. Arrive Tali and camp. Enjoy the sunset on the Mt.
Nanda Devi . Explore the meadow. Meals and overnight camp.
DAY 03. TALI / AULI / JOSHIMATH. TREK : 3 HRS. DRIVE: 1
HR. OVERNIGHT: HOTEL
Early morning enjoy the panoramic view of the valley from the
camp. After late breakfast we trek down to Auli. Arrive AUli and
drive to Joshimath. Transfer to hotel. Lunch. After lunch half
day excursion to Tapovan village on the Niti High way. We visit
the Tapovan hot spring. After a cup of tea in a village tea
house we drive dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 04. JOSHIMATH\RISHIKESH. DRIVE 8-9 HRS. OVERNIGHT : HOTEL.
Return drive to Rishikesh. Arrive Rishikesh. Tour terminates
upon arrival at Rishikesh.

Number of Persons on each trekking trip:
To make our trekking trips low impact & eco friendly, the
treks are run with minimum 2 to maximum 6 persons in each trek.
The Fixed Departures cost includes:

Twin sharing accommodation as per the itinerary.

All meals hygienically cooked and served by our specially
trained staff for westerners.
3.
Services of professional trekking guide, cook & camp
staff during the trip.
4.
Camping equipment on trek e.g tents, Mattresses, Sleeping
bags etc.
5.
Portage of personal rucksack (10 kgs) on the trek, as per
the option taken.
6.
Trekking permits & camping fees on the trek .
7.
Portage of camping equipment, food, kitchen equipment on
trek.
8.
All tourist taxes on the trip.

Visit to the entire place as per the itinerary.

Items of personal nature e.g. table drinks, telephone,
insurance, medical services, evacuation and services in
unforeseen circumstances.

Riding ponies on the trek.
